You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee, and no-shows will be charged in full. For detailed terms, please contact us directly.

Cancellations

If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
